Qifen Liang

Qifen Liang, MBA, SPHRi, SCC, currently serves as the Senior HR Manager and HR Business Partner for EMEA at Supermicro since July 2018, leading the EMEA HR team and managing local HR strategies and operations. Prior experience includes roles at Liberty Global as a People Advisor, focusing on HR analytics and advisory, and as an HR Project Consultant. Qifen also held various HR positions at Huawei from 2001 to 2013, where significant contributions included managing HR operations, developing corporate HR strategies, and enhancing personnel efficiency. Qifen holds an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Guangdong University of Technology.
