Heidi Kaufman

Heidi Kaufman serves as the Executive Director of Education at MetroWest YMCA, managing multiple Early Childhood Centers and Out-of-School Time programs. Heidi also works as a Course Instructor at the National Center for Early Childhood Programs, teaching various early childhood courses. Prior to their current roles, Heidi was an Early Childhood Director at Child Development Inc. Heidi holds a CAGS in Early Childhood Education from Lesley University and an MSW in Children and Family Programs from Washington University in St. Louis, among other degrees.
