Michael Boyd

Michael Boyd has extensive work experience in various technical and marketing roles. Michael began their career as a Marketing Associate at OnSiteRx in 2011 and worked there until 2012. Michael then joined IBM in 2012 as a SaaS Operations Engineer, where they were responsible for the administration of Linux systems and application servers in a production enterprise environment. After working at IBM for eight years, Michael joined Acoustic in 2020 as a Site Reliability Engineer, contributing to the company's software and infrastructure reliability. Currently, Michael is employed at Metrum Research Group as a Senior Support Engineer, leveraging their technical expertise to provide support and assistance to the organization.

Michael Boyd attended the University of North Texas from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising.
