Anu Metsäranta

Anu Metsäranta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anu joined Metsä Board in 2023 as a Project Director, responsible for the supply chain. Prior to that, they worked at Stora Enso, where they held the positions of Head of Supply Chain Excellence, Packaging Materials, and Director of Order Fulfillment. In 2013, Anu joined Posti Group Oyj, serving as Program Director, Customer Channels, Director of Network Planning, and Head of Planning for the Road Business Unit. Before that, they had a long career at Nokia, beginning in 1995. At Nokia, they held various roles, including Supply Chain Capability Architect, Director of Smart Devices Supply Planning, and Director of Materials Management in Nokia Care. Additionally, they worked at Calumet Electronics Corp. as a Thesis Worker. Anu's experience showcases their expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and planning.

Anu Metsäranta completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from LUT University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Operations Management from Michigan Technological University from 1993 to 1994.
