James Walker

James Walker is a Technical Services Manager for APAC at Metsä Board since March 2019, responsible for customer support, technical services coordination, and sustainability initiatives within the region. Prior to this role, James served as Manufacturing Supervisor at Alliance Print Technologies from April 2014 to February 2019, focusing on production performance and staff training in the gravure department. James possesses a Diploma in Packaging Technology from the Australian Institute of Packaging (2021-2024), an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from Monarch Institute (2018-2020), and a Certificate III in Graphic Arts from TAFE NSW (2006-2009).
