Lars Ericson

Lars Ericson has a strong and extensive work experience in the paper and packaging industry. Lars started their career at Stora Enso in 2007 as a Sales Director, and gradually moved up the ladder to various leadership positions. Lars served as a Vice President of Sales for Board, Containerboard, and Sales Process divisions, where they were responsible for driving sales growth and implementing sales strategies. Lars also played a significant role in the conversion of a paper machine into producing kraftliner for the global market and successfully obtained investments for the project. In their most recent role as the Director of Sales Excellence, Lars focused on driving commercial excellence and enhancing customer experience in the Packaging Solutions division. Currently, they hold the position of VP Sales White Kraftliner at Metsä Board.

Lars Ericson pursued a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Uppsala University between 1992 and 1996. Lars also enrolled in the Sustainable Innovation Program at Novare Leadership Academy from 2021 to 2022.
