Erkki Ollila currently serves as a Recreational Amenity Specialist and Project Manager at Metsähallitus since April 2013. With over two decades of experience in the ski industry, Erkki has worked as a Ski Instructor and Ski School Manager at Pyhätunturin hiihtokoulu from 2001, holding various leadership roles including Chairman of the Board from 2004 to 2007. Previously, Erkki was a Production and Marketing Executive at Basecamp Oulanka from May 2007 to April 2013, focusing on outdoor product development and marketing. Early career experience includes serving as an Outdoor Guide at Tailored Adventures | Rukapalvelu from 2005 to 2006. Erkki holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Outdoors, and Sports in Tourism from Lahti University of Applied Sciences and a LEO qualification from Santasport Institute.
