Saija Salo

Saija Salo is an experienced professional in the fashion and design industry, currently serving as Erityisasiantuntija at Metsähallitus since June 2021. Prior to this role, Saija held positions as Project Specialist at Helmi Sirola Illustration and has extensive experience at Hobby Hall, where responsibilities included Producer, Design Content Manager in marketing, and Fashion Designer & Buyer from 2007 to 2019. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head Designer at Stockmann and as a Fashion Designer at Anttila Oy and Kutomo Holopainen Oy. Saija holds a Master of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from HAMK Häme University of Applied Sciences/Wetterhoff.
