Hannu Kivimaa

Hannu Kivimaa has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Hannu started their career as a Business Controller at Imation in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Hannu then joined Andersen Business Consulting as a Senior Manager from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they moved to Metso, where they held various roles including VP of Operational Excellence, VP of Business Control, and SVP of Finance and Business Control, Services BA. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the SVP of Finance and Business Control, Services BA at Metso. Kivimaa then became the SVP of M&A and Business Development at Metso from 2019 to 2020. Hannu currently works at Metso Outotec, where they are the Senior Vice President of Finance for the Minerals Business Area since June 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance for the Services Business Area from July 2020 to November 2022.

Hannu Kivimaa completed their Msc in Economics at the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku from 1987 to 1992.
