Alexander Tsay has extensive experience in automation and control within the mining and processing industry. From April 2020 to April 2022, Alexander served as Deputy Head of Automation at Altay polymetally LLP, where responsibilities included managing the Instrumentation and Control Department and ensuring the maintenance of various mining and processing equipment. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as an Engineer Supervisor at the Mining and Processing Plant of "Terekty Ken Baytu" LLP, focusing on instrumentation and control operations. Currently, Alexander is a Field Service Engineer and Automation Engineer at Metso, responsible for the maintenance and calibration of advanced analytical equipment and intelligent control systems, as well as overseeing installation and commissioning of crushing equipment. Alexander obtained a Bachelor's degree in engineering and technologies with a specialization in Automation and Control from Karaganda State Technical University.
