Claudia Genin

Claudia Genin serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Metso, a role commenced in May 2023, where responsibilities encompass strategy, M&A, ESG, safety, marketing, communications, brand management, and corporate procurement. Prior to this position, Claudia held various leadership roles within Metso and Metso Outotec, including Vice President of Business Development and Sustainability, and Director of Group Business Development. Claudia's extensive experience spans strategic analysis, operational transformation, and M&A processes, having been instrumental in business strategy formulation and execution, as well as overseeing significant restructuring initiatives. Claudia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Hanken School of Economics and the University of Science and Technology, along with certificates from Stanford University and The University of British Columbia in Game Theory, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Applied Finance.
