Francis Ampong Bosompem

Francis Ampong Bosompem is an experienced professional in the engineering and sales sectors, currently serving as a Product Support Specialist for Metso in West Africa since April 2025. Francis previously worked as an External Sales Engineer at WEG and as a Technical Sales Engineer at both Nesstra Ghana Ltd. and Metso, where expertise in product support and sales for industrial equipment was developed. Prior to these roles, Francis served as an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor at the Seven Up Bottling Company, overseeing maintenance schedules and training plant operators. Other notable experiences include co-founding New Kreative Solutions, providing leadership training for the youth, and holding various technical roles at AngloGold Ashanti Obuasi Mine. Francis holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from Coventry University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Regional Maritime University, a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Takoradi Technical University, and has completed a Project Management Professional Program.
