Jarkko Autio

Jarkko Autio is an experienced leader in agile portfolio operations and product management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Agile Portfolio Operations at Metso since April 2022, Jarkko focuses on developing agile ways of working and providing coaching. Previously, Jarkko held significant roles at Oy Samlink Ab, including Head of Agile Planning and Head of Digital Banking, where responsibilities included portfolio level planning, capacity management, and overseeing digital banking products for a large customer base. As CEO of Motivade Oy, Jarkko directed the global fitness platform connecting trainers and clients. Jarkko's extensive background at Nokia involved various leadership roles in product management, strategy development, and cross-organizational collaboration. Jarkko holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University, further enhancing a strong foundation in technology and business.
