Sami Soinio

Sami Soinio is an experienced professional in digital learning and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Digital Learning Tools & Systems at Metso since April 2021, Sami focuses on global learning initiatives and talent development projects while also working as a Learning Specialist in e-learning and LMS administration. As CEO of vakaa since November 2016, Sami provides consulting and project management services for e-learning environments. Previous roles include E-learning Coordinator at the University of Helsinki and E-learning Specialist at the Estonian Business School, where responsibilities included training, support, and content creation for various LMS platforms. Sami's academic pursuits include pending degrees in Basic Studies in University Pedagogy and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management, along with a Master of Arts in International Business Administration.
