Skirmante Jurseviciene

Skirmante Jurseviciene serves as the Head of Operations, Finance at Metso since December 2019, overseeing a GBS Finance department of 200 FTEs and managing global financial operations across 40 countries, while supporting automation and process development strategies. Previously, Skirmante held the position of Finance Operations Manager at Metso, managing six teams and focusing on staffing, stakeholder management, and performance metrics. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Head of the Finance Shared Service Center at COWI, where leadership of the Project Controlling team and process optimization were key responsibilities. Additional professional history includes roles at Nokia, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Industrijos garantas, UADB, with experience in financial analysis, audit processes, and insurance market reporting. Skirmante holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from ISM University and bachelor's degrees in Law and Economics from Mykolas Romeris University and Vilniaus universitetas, respectively.
