Oliver Lea is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business management and military service. Currently serving as the Commercial Director and General Manager at Metswift and Co-Head of Subscriptions at Bobo Wines, Oliver previously held the position of Managing Director at The BIB Wine Company, where a low carbon boxed wine brand was created. Prior experience includes Head of Business Development & Strategy at Kpler, contributing to transparency solutions in energy markets, and various roles in the Royal Navy, culminating in a position as a Commissioned Officer. Educational achievements include a Level 3 Advanced Certificate (Distinction) from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a foundational degree in Naval Science and Operational Studies from the University of Plymouth.
