Nicky Hughes has a background in warehouse management and logistics, with experience in overseeing operations, quality management, and staff training. Currently, Nicky works as a Process Engineer at Mettis Group, responsible for ensuring product delivery on schedule and maintaining operation standards. Prior to this role, Nicky served as an Operations and Quality Manager at Amari Copper Alloys Ltd, handling critical nuclear orders and lifetime traceability of items. Nicky also has experience as a Warehouse Manager and a Warehouse Operative, as well as in administrative roles at Matalan and JL Legal. Nicky is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree at The Open University.
