C. H. Frank Kuo

C. H. Frank Kuo is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since March 2012, where diverse teams of engineers are driven towards growth and success under Kuo's guidance. Prior roles include Hardware Engineering Manager, providing strategic leadership across hardware, software, and firmware teams, and Project Manager, focusing on new product development in analytical instrumentation. Kuo previously worked as a Senior Scientist at Newport Corporation, developing application solutions for the scientific community, and held positions as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, where acknowledgment was garnered for excellence in teaching. Kuo holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from National Taiwan University, and served as a Lieutenant in the Taiwanese Army.
