Vaso Vlachos

Vaso Vlachos is an experienced professional with a strong background in analytics, marketing, and business development within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as the Head of Real-Time Analytics - AutoChem, Head of Marketing and Market Development, and Head of the CDMO Program at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since September 2018, Vaso also held the position of Product Manager for EasySampler. Prior roles at APC Ltd as Business Manager for North America involved supporting client relationships in the biopharmaceutical sector. Vaso's earlier career at Mettler-Toledo included various managerial positions focused on market development and technology applications. Vaso began the career at Phenomemnex UK as a Technical Consultant and previously worked at Separations Ltd as an Account Manager. Academic qualifications include an MSc with distinction in Microbiology and a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as a BSc in Chemistry/Microbiology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
