Suleander Zahn

Suleander Zahn is an experienced Agile Coach with a strong background in project management and Agile transformation across various industries. Currently serving as an Agile Coach at XING since January 2021, Suleander also co-organizes and facilitates initiatives to strengthen the Lean & Agile community in Portugal through Agile Connect since 2017. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Prozis, where a transition technique was implemented in the IT department, and Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master at TIMWE Group, focusing on Agile methods in software development across multiple regions. Suleander's extensive career began at Petrobras, where various roles, including PMO and Senior Cost Analyst, contributed to significant project management and Agile practices. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Subsea Engineering and Oil and Gas Engineering, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
