Aaron Rothgeb has extensive experience in culinary management, currently serving as Executive Chef at Metz Culinary Management since February 2014. Previously, Aaron held the position of Executive Chef at Pine Valley Country Club from April 2001 to February 2014, building upon a career that began with an internship in high school in 1998. Early career experience includes working as a Sous Chef at Jack's Bistro from 1999 to 2000. Aaron holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson and Wales University, completed between 1998 and 2000.
