Anthony Renda

Anthony Renda is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Regional Executive Chef and Executive Chef at Metz Culinary Management since January 2016, Anthony oversees 120 employees at Niagara University, delivering meals to approximately 1,200 students each semester. Previous roles include Kitchen Manager at Hard Rock Cafe, where oversight of 75 employees involved staff development and adherence to standards, and Executive Chef at Specialty Restaurants Corporation, managing operations for various events and venues. Anthony's culinary journey began in 2002 at Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel, progressing through roles that emphasized high-volume venue openings and operational management. Anthony is a graduate of Pittsburgh Culinary Arts and has a foundational education from Lasalle Senior High.
