Kirby Hayes

Kirby Hayes is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various cooking roles, currently serving as Cook I at Metz Culinary Management since July 2020, and previously in the same position at Bon Appétit Management Company. Prior experience includes roles such as Lead Line Cook at Clark Lake Golf Course, Chef at Manitou Bar & Grill, and various cook positions at The Shores Restaurant and Catering Co., Artesian Wells Sports Tavern, and Steaks Eatery. Additionally, Kirby held sous chef positions at Devil's Lake Yacht Club and gained administrative experience as a Legal Assistant at Granstaff, Gaedke & Edgmon, Attorneys at Law. Kirby holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Jackson College and attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 1983 to 1996.
