Matthew Furlan

Matthew Furlan is an experienced hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in restaurant and food service management. Currently serving as District Manager and previously as Director of Food and Beverage at Metz Culinary Management since July 2018, Matthew has held various leadership roles, including Operations Manager and Retail Manager at Sodexo from December 2014 to September 2018, where the company serves over 15 million consumers across North America. Additional experience includes roles as District Manager at AKZ Delaware Valley Hospitality and General Manager at Friendlys, where Matthew oversaw significant sales and managed large teams. Early in the career, Matthew gained valuable experience at Romano's Macaroni Grill, progressing through several positions. Education includes attendance at Lansdale Catholic and Temple University.
