Lars Bathke has extensive experience in the field of engineering, currently serving as a Field Services Engineer at Meurer Verpackungssysteme GmbH since January 2013. Prior to this role, Lars worked at RAG Anthrazit Ibbenbüren GmbH from January 2001 to December 2012, initially as an Elektroniker, focusing on maintenance and troubleshooting of automatically controlled systems, and later as Abteilungsleiter, overseeing the coarse grain preparation in the surface electrical operations. Lars holds a degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in Elektrotechnik from Berufsbildende Schulen des Landkreises Osnabrück, completed in June 2008, and has completed a vocational training program as an Energieelektroniker at RAG Anthrazit Ibbenbüren GmbH, finished in January 2001.
