Mônica Paiva

Mônica Paiva has worked in the customer service and operations field since 2009. Mônica began their career at Bellinati Perez as a Recuperador de crédito in 2009. In 2011, they were promoted to Supervisor de operações at the same company. In 2019, they moved to Central de Relacionamento com Clientes - CRC, where they held the same role. Most recently, they joined meutudo. in 2022 as a Customer Team Lead.

Mônica Paiva is currently studying Direito at Unifametro. Mônica previously obtained a turismóloga degree in Gestão de Turismo from UniAteneu - Centro Universitário.
