Clint Chapman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the drilling and mining industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer Drilling, Americas at Capital Limited since August 2024, Clint previously held the position of President & CEO at First Drilling LLC from July 2021 to January 2024. Clint's career includes significant roles at RCT as Vice President of North America Operations and Regional Manager, and as Area Manager for Mining North America at Granite Construction. Clint also has a diverse financial background from Barrick Gold Corporation, where responsibilities included CFO of the Turquoise Ridge Mine Site and managing capital expenditure for North America, along with previous positions at Agate, Inc., Newmont Corporation, The PENTA Building Group, and Toll Brothers. Clint holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BS in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.
