Luis Salinas

Luis Salinas is a Production Engineer at Mewbourne Oil Co since January 2021. Prior to this role, Luis worked as a Program Monitor for the City of Edinburg from May 2016 to August 2017. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, earned between 2016 and 2020, and has also enhanced education at CEA Rome in 2018. Luis graduated from Robert Vela High School in 2016 with a high school diploma.
