Robert Andrews serves as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Mewburn Ellis since September 2006, leading the firm's initiatives in Inclusion and Diversity by developing strategies, coordinating with management and internal groups, and engaging with external organizations and media. Additionally, Robert serves as a Partner and Patent Attorney, specializing in biopharma, particularly in cancer therapies and immuno-oncology, with a focus on Antibody-Drug Conjugate technology. Robert began professional training at Ahringer Lab, Gurdon Institute, where a PhD was obtained in Cell Biology from the University of Cambridge, following an MPhil in Developmental Biology and Embryology at the same institution, and a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
