Tamara Rubery

Tamara Rubery, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), has extensive human resources experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Mewburn Ellis since June 2021, Tamara previously worked as an HR Business Partner at NHS Professionals from January 2015 to June 2021, where strategic partnership with executive leadership was a key focus. Additional roles include HR Business Partner for Housing & Care 21, and HR Advisor positions at Arnold Clark and Paymex Group. Tamara's career began as an On-Site HR Coordinator with Pertemps Network Group. An alumnus of The University of Huddersfield, Tamara holds a postgraduate degree in CIPD.
