Jan Vlnas

Jan Vlnas is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in backend development, advocacy, and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Mews since August 2023, Jan previously held the position of Developer Advocate at Superface, where responsibilities included promoting technology to developers and facilitating customer success. Jan's experience also encompasses a role as a full-stack developer at Socialbakers, where the focus was on developing and maintaining key products. In addition, Jan has held various positions, including Software Development Team Lead and Ruby Developer at FIT CTU in Prague, with a strong foundation in multiple programming languages and technologies such as Node.js, Ruby, and React. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in New Media Studies from Charles University and a Bachelor's degree in Web and Multimedia from the Faculty of Information Technology CTU in Prague.
