With a robust career spanning over two decades, previous roles include VP of Design and Director of Design at Liferay, where Juan led large teams across multiple countries, emphasizing training and development to achieve key performance indicators. Juan's experience further encompasses design leadership at various organizations, including the Junta de Andalucía and CDC S.L., along with advisory contributions to the University of California, Riverside’s Design Thinking Executive Program. Educational credentials include degrees in Interaction Design and Usability and Document Management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, along with a certificate in Graphic Design from SCF Seville.
