Lukáš Kratochvíl

Lukáš Kratochvíl is an experienced engineering manager and web developer with a diverse background in frontend and backend development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Mews since June 2019, Lukáš leads the Booking Engine team, focusing on enhancing B2C products. Prior to this role, Lukáš contributed as a frontend developer on the "Guest portal" project, delivering optimal guest experiences. As a freelancer since April 2017, Lukáš specializes in building frontend web applications using React and TypeScript while maintaining legacy PHP projects. Previous experience includes backend development for PragueBest, where Lukáš played a lead role in managing e-commerce platforms, and PHP development at Eria.cz and Media Vision Studio. Additional roles include full stack development at Creative Vision and IT support at VUJO s.r.o. Lukáš pursued education in Information Technology at the University of West Bohemia and completed secondary studies at the High School of Technology Loket.
