Nirwan Tajik

Nirwan Tajik is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Finance and FP&A at Mews since May 2025, where responsibilities include shaping investment and growth strategies across R&D, M&A, and finance teams. Prior to Mews, Nirwan worked as a Growth Equity Investor at Revaia, focusing on European growth-stage tech companies from January 2023 to May 2025, and held advisory roles at Bain & Company and zeb consulting, primarily advising financial services institutions. Nirwan's career began at UniCredit within the Strategy Group of Retail Banking in Germany. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD, where Nirwan was a fellowship recipient, and a BA (Honours) in Business Management and Finance from Edinburgh Napier University.
