Crystal Martinez Gonzalez has a diverse work experience. Crystal most recently worked at MALDEF as the LA Parent School Partnership Program Director, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Parent School Partnership Program Associate at the same organization from June 2020 to October 2021. In 2019, Crystal worked as a Development and Outreach Intern at Human Rights Watch. Before that, they served as a College Coach and Academic Tutor at the Neighborhood Partnership Program Occidental College from January 2018 to February 2020.
