Pamela Youell has extensive experience in various roles related to safety, production management, and quality control across multiple companies. With a background in environmental health and safety management, Pamela has developed and implemented standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Pamela has managed up to 100 associates, handled budget preparation, and led daily production and shipping activities. Pamela holds education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and Spoon River College.
