Alex Santana

Alex Santana is an experienced professional in the technology and startup ecosystem, currently serving as a Founding Team member and Main Organizer for Mexico Tech Week since January 2023, overseeing an expansive annual festival featuring numerous events. In addition, Alex holds the position of Startup BD Manager for Amazon Web Services since September 2020, focusing on high-potential entrepreneurs and technology startups across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Previous roles include Regional Partnership Manager and General Manager for Seedstars, Chief Operating Officer at 1puntocinco, Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, Country Coordinator for NXTP Labs, and Regional Manager for Techstars and UP Global. Alex's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and training from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Israel's Agency for International Development.
