Edward Carter

Edward Carter has substantial experience in structural engineering, currently serving as an Associate at Meyer Borgman Johnson. Previous experience includes a role as Offshore Structures Engineer at Chevron from August 1990 to May 1996. Edward Carter holds a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 1988 and 1990, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completed between 1985 and 1988.
