Jeff Blount

Jeff Blount has extensive experience in the construction industry. Jeff currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Meyer Najem Construction, leading business development efforts and fostering strategic relationships. Prior to this, they were the Division Manager for Senior Living projects at LandSouth Construction, where they provided leadership and ensured project goals were met. Jeff also worked at KONE Americas, where they established a Project Management Office to improve project delivery processes. Jeff began their career at Haskell, progressing through roles such as Director of Project Development and Senior Project Manager. Throughout their career, Jeff has consistently achieved exceptional project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Jeff Blount attended the University of Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Building Construction. In addition to their formal education, they also hold several certifications, including being a Certified General Contractor by the State of Florida, a Certified Healthcare Constructor by the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE), a LEED Accredited Professional in BD+C by the U.S. Green Building Council, a Private Pilot Certificate by the Federal Aviation Administration, and a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
