Colin Kimberlin's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Colin started their career at Marriott International as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in 2000. Colin then joined Swift and Company, where they worked in sales and later became a Primal Specialist and Director of Premium Programs. In 2006, they joined Meyer Natural Foods as the Director of Retail Sales and later became the Director of Inside Sales, Scheduling, and Inventory Management. Colin then progressed to Senior Manager of Primary Production Scheduling and eventually became the VP of Operations and Margin Management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Operations and Margin Management at Meyer Natural Foods. In 2011, they also owned NorCo CrossFit until 2016.

Colin Kimberlin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University, which they completed in 1999.
