Shane Lindsay has held various roles in the food industry, starting in 1995 as the General Manager at Snake River Farms. Shane later became the Owner of BRAND ADVANTAGE PARTNERS - MISHIMA RESERVE in 2005, followed by the Owner of Northwest Earth and Ocean in 2008. In 2013, they became the President of Mishima Reserve - Sugar Mountain Livestock until 2021. Currently, they serve as the VP of the Wagyu Beef Division at Meyer Natural Foods.

Shane Lindsay attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing. Additionally, they studied Economics at Hiroshima University, although specific dates and degree information were not provided.
