Shane later became the Owner of BRAND ADVANTAGE PARTNERS - MISHIMA RESERVE in 2005, followed by the Owner of Northwest Earth and Ocean in 2008. In 2013, they became the President of Mishima Reserve - Sugar Mountain Livestock until 2021. Currently, they serve as the VP of the Wagyu Beef Division at Meyer Natural Foods.
