Katja Lankinen

Katja Lankinen is an experienced naval architect currently serving as the Head of Group for Naval Architecture at Meyer Turku since August 2015, where responsibilities include leading the naval architecture department and managing various projects in collaboration with customers and Meyer Werft in Germany. Prior to this role, Katja worked at NAPA from March 2008 to February 2015 in various capacities, including Product Manager for hull form and performance and Senior Technical Consultant, focusing on quality assurance and customer service. Earlier experience includes positions as a Project Engineer at Elomatic Oy and Wärtsilä, where design and implementation of propulsion packages and interior arrangements were key responsibilities. Katja Lankinen earned a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Aalto University between 1997 and 2002.
