Kevin M. Hubacher (胡凯文) is a legal professional with extensive experience in insurance law, M&A, and corporate law. Currently a Partner and Co-Leader of the Insurance Industry Group at MLL Legal since November 2022, Kevin also serves as a Lecturer in Law at the University of St.Gallen. Prior roles include Associate at Homburger, where participation in corporate, M&A, and insurance teams was prominent, as well as a Legal Advisor on secondment at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. Kevin's educational background includes degrees from the University of Lucerne and a Juris Master from Tsinghua University, complemented by admission to the bar in 2016.
