Mario Fazio

Mario Fazio is a partner at Meyers Roman Friedberg & Lewis, where expertise focuses on business and tax law. Since 2005, Mario has represented clients in various legal matters, including business acquisitions and sales, limited liability company formations, buy-sell agreements, estate planning, and tax-related issues, while also advocating for clients during IRS audits and tax litigation. Prior experience includes serving as a Tax Attorney at Benesch Law and the Internal Revenue Service, where representation involved a range of tax litigation in the U.S. Tax Court. Mario holds a Juris Doctor and LL.M in Law and Taxation from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Ohio State University.
