Guto Novelli has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Guto is currently working as a UX/UI Consultant & Designer at Fbiz since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Creative Technologist at MeZA 1618 starting from February 2022. Before that, Guto founded Fkn Electric in February 2021, where they served as the Founder & Creative. In 2019, they founded Goddamn Electric, a collective focused on art business and artistic social impact. At Goddamn Electric, Guto delivered creative work across various artistic spheres. Guto also founded Brains & Hearts in 2014, which acted as a hub for digital creative projects, and they served as the Founder and Creative. Before that, they worked as the Head Of Design at PlayKids from August 2020 to January 2022, where they were responsible for the art, interaction, and user experience of the PlayKids' App. Guto has also held positions at A2C as the Executive Creative Director from April 2016 to July 2019, and as the Associate Creative Director from August 2015 to April 2016. Additionally, Guto co-founded TMBLab in 2015, a creative and strategic agency where they served as the Founder and Creative Thinker. Guto has also worked as a Freelance Creative from 2008 to 2014, and as an Interactive Art Director at TAG Interativa from January 2014 to September 2014.

Guto Novelli has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. In 1991 to 2002, Guto attended Colégio Dante Alighieri, though the specific degree or field of study is not mentioned. In 2003 to 2006, Guto pursued a Bachelor's degree in Advertising at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. In 2008, Guto briefly studied English and French Language and Literature at Language Studies Canada. In 2012, Guto studied English Language and Literature at Upper Madison College. Lastly, in 2018, Guto participated in a Master Class in Music.
