Eric Nhodza (He/Him)

Eric Nhodza is currently the Founder and CEO of Mezzarion, a mining startup, using data science and AI, to discover critical minerals: such as lithium, copper, cobalt, nickel and gold, to pave the way for sustainable industrialisation across key economies in Africa. It's goal is to achieve this through the exploration, local processing and global trading of these key minerals.

Eric is serving as the Secretary-General for the lithium Association of Zimbabwe, founded The Mineral Alliance: A non profit focused on the equitable discovery and mining of critical minerals across Africa, the Bioenergy Association, and has established Radfund: a research and development organisation aimed at funding promising startups across Africa, creating sustainable green solutions that will leapfrog Africa's development.

Eric is a serial entrepreneur who has spent more than a decade starting and investing in businesses. He is keen on equipping African entrepreneurs with the tools and expertise they require to build a better Africa: for Africans.
