Robert J. Makheja has held various senior leadership roles throughout their career. Robert J. is currently the CEO&President of MFGS, Inc., a government-compliant technology company. In the past, they have worked as a Vice President for various companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Peregrine Systems Inc., Oracle, Texas Instruments, and IBM. Robert J. has also founded and chaired RJM Capital LLC- Venture Capital & Private Equity, managed RJM & Associates, PC- Legal Advisory Firm, and co-founded the Makheja Family NEXTGEN Charitable Organization. Robert was an integral leader in the merger of HPE Software with Micro Focus International and is known for their expertise in commercial and government business units.
Robert J. Makheja earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from The George Washington University in 1990. Robert J. later received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Tampa. Makheja also completed the Advanced Management Executive Program at Harvard Business School. In addition, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, though it is unclear whether they completed the program.
