Mxolisi Msutwana

Mxolisi Msutwana is the Chief Network Operations Officer with more than 15 years of overall experience in the mobile network, tech and fintech industries. He is responsible for expanding and managing the MFS Africa payments network. Some of his career highlights include implementing subscriber device management over-the-air, numberless SIM card provisioning and developed the technical SIM card strategy for Cell C as a Senior Engineer. As an Operations Manager for MTN SA, he was responsible for operations and evolution of voice services and all contact centre infrastructure and technologies. He holds a B.Tech Elect Eng from Tshwane University of Technology, with scholarship to Fachhochschule Konstanz (Germany); a PDBA and MBA from GIBS.
