Teresia Mugwe

Teresia Mugwe works in the Global Payments team as the Key Account Manager, Africa MNOs. She joined MFS Africa from Safaricom PLC where she undertook various roles, the most recent one being as a National Account Manager, Safaricom PLC, where she handled Multinational Organizations (Key Vodafone Global Accounts) and Financial Institutions (Banking and Insurance). Teresia is a focused and innovative account executive and brings a wealth of experience in managing multiple client projects across different Telco products. Her goal is to ensure that all clients get stellar customer service as she believes that people are the key to any organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance (Financial Engineering) from Strathmore University. When she is not managing demanding telco partners, she loves the outdoors, and her hobbies include swimming and reading.
