Amanda Mooradian

Amanda Mooradian is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in investment management and private equity. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Counsel at MFS Investment Management since September 2011, Amanda has also held roles as Assistant Vice President and Senior Counsel, as well as Assistant Vice President & Counsel. Prior to MFS, Amanda worked as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP from September 2007 to August 2011 and began her career as an Associate and Analyst in the Global Consultant Relations Group at BlackRock from July 2001 to June 2004. Amanda holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law, obtained in 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Princeton University, earned in 2001.
